The long distance to town was inconvenient!!! The gym and spa facilities looked quite run down, leaving much to be desired in terms of upkeep!!! The entertainment seemed overly catered to German guests, potentially isolating for non-German speakers!!!

The hotel staff were friendly, but we had major issues! No info at check-in, and they didn't have enough fridges or proper dining options. The snack bar was okay, but the food never came out hot. Plus, getting around with kids was tricky—lots of stairs, no lifts. Not worth it for families.

The spacious sea view room and daily activities like aquagym made our stay unforgettable. The friendly team truly brings everyone together!

Just a reliable pick for shopping in Playa Blanca with outstanding value for money. The public beach nearby had free chairs , making it easy to relax. Consider taking the bus into town for a more budget-friendly option.

Dining has good variety, especially the complimentary bread. however, the options felt a bit repetitive over time. Encountering other guests was limited, primarily due to a predominantly German clientele, which suited our need for quiet but limited interaction.

The room was huge and super comfy! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My sea view was stunning, waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Plus, the cleanliness was top-notch, made me feel right at home. Only downside was there could've been more amenities, but overall, really happy with my stay!

This place suits me perfectly with a great outdoor swimming pool, spacious non-smoking rooms, and a lovely restaurant. The staff helped me with a room issue at night, and I still remember Gladys' kindness. I highly recommend it!
